Relaxation & Wellness sleep therapy (allow 1 hour)$60
Designed for peace and rest this treatment is a combination of Indian head massage, lymphatic drainage, the ancient art of ear candling and meridian points. Highly recommended for the stressed and overworked.

Hot Stone massage (allow 2 hours)$90
Your ultimate hot stone massage will start with a relaxing foot soak & herbal tea of your choice….
Hot stones are placed in alignment with your body’s chakra points. Balancing and aligning spiritually and emotionally while warming muscle fibres for deep and soft tissue muscle release to start your journey of deep relaxation. This treatment incorporates MLD & reflexology so you can completely drift away into complete serenity.

It is advised that you prepare for your massage with 2-3 glasses of water leading up to and after your treatment.
